Meet the salmon smoker expert Ole Hansen who is behind the successful business Hansen & Lydersen. This man is not only bizarrely fascinating because of his fish knowledge, but as well the way he lives. On top of his salmon smokehouse, Hansen has created his very own Norwegian cabin. 

Having used a family recipe stemming from the year 1923, Hansen has achieved to produce the probably most wanted smoked salmon, which now includes clients like NOPI and The Albion.
